Simple Life, Simple Ingredients
Our products are made with flowers and herbs grown on our farm. We use simple ingredients and no pesticides. Our recipes are inspired by my Swiss mother and her homeopathic remedies. We start with a base of olive oil and infuse with medicinal herbs and flowers from our garden. Olive oil has been used for century's in our diets, and it is also beneficial for our skin. Olive oil is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and has been linked to improved skin moisture, anti-aging effects ,and relief from sun damage. Read More about Olive Oil.

We sell two formulas (Calm & Heal) in two different products, Body Balms & Body Whips.
Our balms and whips are both used for topical or skin-based treatments. This means you aren’t supposed to consume them. Our body balms and whips are packed full of nourishing vitamins and minerals that your skin can use to stay healthy. They provide benefits to the skin when your skin’s cells absorb their nutrients and vitamins.
Balms, butters and whips are “anhydrous” – this means that they don’t contain any water and it’s this feature that distinguishes them from creams and lotions.
What’s the difference?
Our Body Whips = Butters + Vegetable oils/Herbal oils + Arrowroot (not sold through our website)
These are basically body butters that have been whipped with a beater/mixer. Whipped body butters do not contain beeswax. Body butters and whips use one or more natural butters in their ingredients. We use Shea butter, an ancient and natural ingredient that’s been used for thousands of years. It was originally used in West Africa and the butter is harvested from the Shea tree. The butter is particularly rich in various fatty acids and vitamins. Because our Body Whips contain a natural ingredient Shea butter, they’re naturally a little more moisturizing and protective against your skin drying out. Shea Butter is called occlusives – in short, it just means that they create a barrier that prevents moisture loss, even if the surrounding areas are exceptionally dry. This results in a different texture you can feel immediately. Rub our Body Whip onto your skin and the process will be easy, gentle, and very quick, even if you only use a little bit of Whip for an entire section of your body. Our whips are available for purchase at our farm. They are not suitable for shipping.
Our Body Balms = Vegetable oils/Herbal oils + Beeswax
Balms typically contain beeswax or other wax and no butters. Beeswax is one of the best natural ingredients to use in any herbal or topical remedy. Not only is beeswax smooth to the touch and thus operates as a great mixing ingredient for combining other minerals and nourishing elements, but it also provides healthy boosts of its own. In addition to these aspects, beeswax creates a protective layer over your skin that can seal in moisture and prevent your skin from drying out. Plus, beeswax can slough away dead skin cells, clearing the way for younger and healthier looking cells to take their place.
Lotion - Why we do not make lotion and creams. A cream or lotion are emulsions, meaning a combination of oil and water along with an emulsifier. Water = bacteria, this means lotions and creams need a preservative such as Phenonip and a preservative is a chemical. We do not use chemicals in any of our products.
